This marvelous estate is really off the beaten path, quiet, with grazing Scottish cows, and beautifully landscaped. We had a gorgeous, large suite with a huge terrace overlooking the pool. Paradise views toward a pine and Sequoia forest and the wide open plains of France! I definitely recommend our room to any future guests. The Domaine is not a huge place, probably another eight rooms or so. The decor for the whole accommodation was very artsy/French elegance. The host was marvelous and one feels as if one is visiting family, which is a hard atmosphere to pull off, but the Domaine des Chailloux is just that kind of extra special place. The surrounding area is full of wonderful places for day trips and to visit the pristine French countryside. And don't forget the great wine shopping which is everywhere. Don't make the mistake I did and stay a weekend. Stay at least 4 days or more to really let the world fall away while you enjoy this one of a kind French getaway.

Lovely chambre d’hotes, Sylvie is a wonderful host, the house is nice, clean, with a good breakfast. Highly recommended. If you want to visit the Taizé Community, it’s about 20 minutes by car, easily accessible.

Beautiful little house in very attractive village. Very helpful, friendly owner. lovely patio to sit out of an evening and nice warm plunge pool. Really superb stop over.

Lovely old house tastefully converted into bedrooms. Comfortable and quiet. Restaurant is truly excellent. Breakfast was lovely with 8 different cheeses . Will definitely return.

The host makes your stay unforgettable. Maria is very helpful and kind. The garden is beautiful and the small swimming pool is a welcome feature. The food is great, we had a Cuban menu which was delicious. L’hacienda de Maria is an oasis and ideal for a overnight stop not too far from the highway. Just go, you won’t regret it.

This newly renovated chateaux accommodates a really outstanding B&B. We were greeted with a warm welcome and an apéro in the garden of the chateaux. We love the rooms which are all kept with their contemporary furniture in excellent condition. Calm, very comfortable beds, fantastic views. The hosts are super friendly and made our stay really unforgettable. Breakfast is superb with local products and eggs from own chicken. The garden offers plenty of space to relax with a small river and a pond which we enjoyed very much. If you look for a B&B in Burgundy - this is an absolute must. Grand Cru Level to apply the Burgundy wine classification.
