Absolutely fantastic stay at the Linroy Guest House in Skegness! From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed – Gerry made sure everything was perfect, and the hospitality was truly above and beyond. The room was spotless, spacious, and so cozy, giving a real homely vibe that made me feel right at ease. Waking up to a delicious full English breakfast each morning was the cherry on top, setting me up perfectly for the day. And I can’t forget Frank, their lovely dog, who added such a warm touch to the experience! For anyone looking for a great value, welcoming stay, I highly recommend the Linroy. Can’t wait to return!

We loved everything! This was our first trip back to the UK in nearly 2 years. We couldn’t have asked for more. The room was lovely, spacious, comfortable bed and clean. This was a long-term stay for myself and my spouse, and we can not recommend Joanne's place enough! She was incredibly lovely and went above and beyond to help us feel at home (in fact, we chose to extend our stay). We also had friends stay in her other room, and they were incredibly pleased as well. We had everything we needed, and the room was neat, tidy and cute. Its a lovely little place in the countryside, but also not far from the seaside, the Lincolnshire wildlife park, Skegness and the Wainfleet train station. Plus, just a few minutes walk from the stop for the bus between Skegness and Boston, which is beside a delicious restaurant. Her garden was very sweet and we fell in love with her little dogs. Couldn't recommend this stay enough!

Rachel was a lovely host, greeting us on arrival and offering extra tea, coffee, sugar & milks. The place was quiet, we all slept very well. Netflix was available as well as other catch up and streaming services. It was beautifully clean, the whole place smelt so nice. We would definitely stay again. The visit was perfect.

Rachel was a great host and made us feel very welcome. The family room was comfy and very clean with added extras like games and books. Rachel was informative about the local area and gave us some great recommendations. We would recommend highly. The Cresswell well inn was in the perfect location, with near by attractions within easy walking distance.
