Our favourite place we stayed on our trip to Georgia. Beautiful, clean cabin. So peaceful, stunning views over the mountains. Short walk or drive into the town below with some restaurants nearby. Nino and her family (and Charlie too!) were very welcoming and friendly.

We are so happy we found that place. The room was great, spotless, with a beautiful balcony to sit and relax with the sound of the birds and the river. The breakfast is super- enough for the whole day and the owners are welcoming and friendly.

Everything was great, one of the nicest rooms I've been to, the host is forthcoming and available. The garden is also very pretty. We got some Khachapuri in the morning although breakfast is not supposed to be included according to booking. I would highly recommend this hotel!

A lovely guesthouse with a warm and welcoming host. Although the guesthouse is not directly on the Mestia-Ushguli trek, the owner kindly offered us a ride, which was greatly appreciated. The food was absolutely delicious, and the host was always quick to assist with anything we needed, ensuring we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Definitely worth a visit!

We had an amazing stay at Dadu Guest House. It's conveniently located on the trail to Ushguli and the family is so welcoming. The food we had there was the best on our trek and the hospitality was amazing.

Set just 33 km from Museum of History and Ethnography, Sweet home features accommodation in Lalkhori with access to an open-air bath, free bikes, as well as room service.

It was overall the best guesthouse I’ve stayed in during the whole hike. The owners are the most hospitable people ever. They offered us amazing homemade chacha and cognac at dinner. The food was delicious, there were plenty for twice the people there were. The bedrooms and bathrooms were really clean. There’s also a small shop with chocolates, beer and homemade alcohol to buy, the prices a fair for Svaneti region. The price per night is also quite cheap. If you consider staying in Iprali village — just don’t. Another 30-40 minute walk is definitely worth it, cause guesthouses in Iprali are twice more expensive and overcrowded. Pro tip: the owner also drove as back to Mestia from Ushguli. We connected with some over hikers, so it turned out to be twice cheaper than 50 lari taxis. Do not hesitate to ask for a ride!

this is a whole experience, it's staying in a guesthouse where they take care of all the details, the rooms are simple but huge, breakfast is wonderful, different every day, home cooked meals and ingredients! same with dinner, that they can offer you at a totally fair price, I recommend this place very much in the way to Ushguli in our case
