Staying at Amiran's Lake was truly a magical experience, one we will cherish for a lifetime. The hospitality extended by the family, especially the lovely elderly couple and their wonderful son Achiko, went far beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. Achiko kindly offered to pick us up from the airport, and upon reaching the property, we were greeted with a warm welcome, complete with a bouquet of roses from their beautiful garden. The dinner that evening was unforgettable — a bottle of exquisite red wine and a delicious homemade meal lovingly prepared by his mother. It was not just a dinner; it was an experience of warmth, love, and authentic Georgian flavors. When unexpected snow forced us to cancel our plans to Kazbegi, leaving us without a hotel or a taxi, the family stepped in like guardian angels. Achiko, with his big heart and remarkable kindness, offered to help us plan a new itinerary, ensuring we could still explore Gudauri and Kazbegi. He took complete care of us, dedicating himself entirely to making sure we had a memorable time. During the trip, we had profound conversations about global politics, Georgian history, local culture, and even the significance of the rivers — Achiko's knowledge and insights were astounding. He made every moment enriching, ensuring we felt safe, comfortable, and happy throughout. This family taught us the true meaning of hospitality: it’s not just about providing a service but about taking care of guests with genuine love and responsibility. My stay at the Cultural Crossing Hotel was great. It is located in Tbilisi's old town, in walking distance to a lot of sights and museums. My room was clean and comfortable to stay in, even on hot days where the weather exceeded 30° C. The kitchen is also clean and well-equipped. Victor and his family were very kind and made the stay a great experience by truly caring about the guest's wellbeing, including being able to arrange contactless checkin because of my very early time of arrival.

All other reviews are true, very clean, got a washing machine, TV, private bathroom, good location, great hosts with a lovely „guard dog ;)“ (she is very cute and will enjoy as many pets as you want to give her)

It’s a fantastic place for a good value, clean, comfortable and a magnificent view from the terasse, the owner is very nice , we bought their home made wine which was so good.

The Location was not far from city centre and exactly whre it was at the Google Maps or Yandex also, just there was needed to clarify the entrance with the owner, who was already there at the moment of arrival, the rooms were clear with available higiene products, cooking gear and utensils. Everything other was provided by the owner at place. There was a big outdoor table available for big party. The owner and his wife were pleasant hosts. The price was good enough and various variants of room available.

I spent a couple of days in this accomodation and I was just delighted! I can say that if we look at quality per price relationship, this hotel was the best one I stayed in. The owner was really nice, and he speaks perfectly russian. He drove me from the airport to the hotel, even tho my flight came late. For breakfast, each day it was different and really variated. I am a big men (1.90m, 100kg) and the breakfast was that big that I couldn't finish it completly. Just 100/10. Highly recommend this place for anyone that wants to spend some time in this beautiful city.
