Perfect. All the necessary things are available in the apartment. Everything is very clean and everything has been thought of. Can see that owner cares about every customer. For us, little negative: Parking on the streets, needs to find free spaces. The house next door is not in good condition

We stayed at this accommodation for 7 nights and couldn’t have found a better option. The value for money is excellent. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, there’s plenty of storage space, and we especially appreciated the balcony with a drying rack for our clothes which we washed in the shared laundry room. The common areas are well-equipped for preparing simple meals. However, we would recommend adding a stovetop and perhaps a few more dishes to make the kitchen even more functional. That said, the current setup was more than sufficient for preparing our breakfasts. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and easy to navigate, with just a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station. Highly recomended!

Everything was just perfect. The apartment and the room were very clean, cozy and comfortable. Air conditioning. There was everything what you need. The area is quiet. The room has an own balcony to the inner side of the house. And the host is really awesome person. Giannis is incredible kindest and hospitable. He is ready to help you 24/24 hours. It was extremely hot in Athens, I couldn’t buy Sim-card for Internet connection because of Sunday. And Giannis just saved me. He gifted me two generous surprises. Firstly he took me early in the morning to the Acropolis. Next day he took me with heavy suitcase to the Central Bus Station straight to my bus to Patras. I absolutely recommend this place. Giannis, thank you very much for everything!

In these times where human connection is a rarity, I found Stamatina's house to be a home-away-from-home and even a safe-port in a storm. Mata (Stamatina) is a unique soul that made me feel at home, welcome, cared for and safe. However, what was most surprising was that - somehow - in that house I became tranquil at a time of turmoil. This was exceptional ... just like Mata and her home which we travellers are lucky enough to visit.
