If Ricardo's place is available, BOOK IT!! It was the highlight of our stay in Parikia. It was the only "cottage"(second floor) across from the beach. The patio was incredible(huge, private with amazing views plus shade, day beds, and a large dining table), and the inside is very nice and spacious with excellent AC. The bedroom has shutters over the windows, preventing early light from entering your bedroom in the morning. Book a reservation at Mario restaurant, not even a minute walk away, overlooking the sea. Ricardo is incredible. He was extremely attentive, yet we never saw him, aside from check-in. He helped us with our bags and told us playfully that he would be angry if we didn't message him with a request or inquiry during our stay. We very were close to many beach restaurants and a 5-minute walk to the main part of town. Noise was not an issue at all. We felt very safe and we were the only ones there. There is a great parking spot that is gated. The beach is excellent: clear and warm water. One review stated that they enjoyed cooling off in the water and then walking back to dry off on the patio. We very much enjoyed this as well. Ricardo also provides a hose to wash away the sand. BOOK this place. You will not regret it. Thank you, Ricardo!!

There are just so many things to say about this apartment! Eleni is just PERFECT place to be in. The apartment is a very cozy. It is the most cleanest possible and equipped with everything you need, like baths, shampoos and soaps that are high quality with very good smell. The yard is beautiful with a lot of flowers and herbs. It can be seen they pay a lot of attention to every detail of the property. The restaurant is in the yard and the breakfast was really good here! The owners (Anna and Mihailis) were very polite with us and we really felt as welcome as possible. Anna is literally the word ''hospitality'' in human form! She was also very helpful and informing about the beaches and places to visit! The property is near the city center of Parikia and near the port as well. If I could, I would write tons of good recensions everywhere and 10 is not enough to explain how impressive everything is! Very clean, new apartment. Comfortable furniture, 3 separate balconies, nice quiet neighbourhood. The owners were very friendly and organised, sending through a message with details about check in, transfers and facilities etc. the day before check in so we were very prepared.
