This is a lovely property located 5 mins away from the beach, the rooms are sparkling clean and the D'souza family go out of their way to make sure guests are comfortable, they were kind enough to welcome us for home made lunch and offered homemade Christmas sweets. I will definitely be coming back to stay again.

The location was perfect for the beach and it was very peaceful. The guesthouse is new and everything was sparkling clean and in perfect working order. There was nothing missing in the room, from good storage to tea/coffee making facilities and clean water. Nothing was too much trouble for Dennis, the owner, from giving me lifts to finding transport back to the airport. As I was travelling alone this help was invaluable. I would definitely go back!

The owners and entire staff was very friendly and helpful with everything. Ajay, chef of the enclosed restaurant, a superb cook, fulfilled all our wishes and took excellent care of us! The location was excellent, very close to nice restaurants, the supermarket and a great beach Our room was very large with a good fan and strong AC which was very needed in the Goan heat! The host organised scooter rental for us and also let us use the room beyond checkout time on the day we left
