I visited this place with my family and I loved it. The location, proximity to beach is good. Lot of eateries nearby and the best thing about the place is Mir sir who is the caretaker here. Awesome smart guy, very helpful and very cooperative. There is a restaurant right in front of this place which provides baby food like khichdi, suji halwa and North indian food. Thanks Mir bhai for making our stay pleasant.

This place oozes ambience. If you've been a bit disappointed with that special Goa chill feeling.thats slowly disappearing. ..you must stay here. A perfect place to wind down when needed...and a perfect place to "rev up" when you want..because all the beach shack's vibes and the beach is just a 2 minute lazy stroll through the coconut trees. IDEAL LOCATION.. All this ..plus the cleanest bed sheets in town! A special mention to young "Mr Deb". Who just continually tries so so hard to please every guest. Well Done my friend. .Shabash! The villa in the first floor of a compact house is spacious with a big veranda where we could relax in the shadow when on the beach the sun was too hot for us. The beach we could reach by a one minute walk, directly to a nice beach restaurant with free beds and umbrellas . Also the main road with many shops and restaurants is nearby. In the room we felt like home immediately, comfortable bed, beautiful interieur . Fully equipped kitchen, which we did not use because we love the indian spicy food in restaurants, we only prepared coffee and tea. WLAN was reliable and fast. The host Anna is very friendly and cheerful. She gave us helpful tips and answered all questions immediately. She also organized for us taxis with reliable drivers who came always punctually. If we travel to Palolem again, we will book this villa for sure and this I recommend also to other travellers! You will not regret it!

The room is directly at the beach front, but it has some privacy due to a fence and private little terrace and sunbeds. It is in the northern part of Palolem, close to good seafood restaurants and bars along the beach, but remote enough not to be bothered by the noise. The bed is comfortable and the room has many lights. Warm water and good shower. Rupesh, the caretaker is very supportive and helpful. He is around several times a day and always available on WhatsApp. A very kind person. The beach is wonderful, warm water. You can also attend Yoga classes with Ruban very close by,

Amazing location, in that it was so close to the beach. Very clean, comfortable bed, hot water (just switch the switch to get it). Nice large room with good AC and fan. The most amazing beach - I didn't want to leave. Loads of restaurants and bars around.
