This little Ayurveda place is run in a nice way. Focused on the real important things the hosts really care fror the needs of their guests. Wonderful architecture of the old wooden House I stayed in. Garden in backyard. Could even work from top of the little rooftop yoga-place.

Nice place to stay! Highly recommended — clean, peaceful, and with a good ambience. Relaxing and quiet. Just two points to note: 1- We were told breakfast was included at a fixed price, but later we were asked to pay extra for tea/coffee separately. I’ve travelled across the world and stayed in many homestays and hotels, but I’ve never had to pay separately for tea/coffee when breakfast was already charged. 2- It’s better to have your own personal vehicle if you’re staying at this place. The location is a bit isolated. Apart from this, everything else was fantastic!

What a wonderful experience staying at this beach house. Like others have said a little difficult to access at first but with some location suggestions on their site this could be easily overcome. The house is delightfully situated close to the beach and has quite good restaurants nearby. The house manager Victor ran an excellent facility, clean & comfortable with hygiene a top priority. He exemplified the best qualities of courteous, efficient & friendly service & went out of his way to accomodate any requests from guests . His honesty & integrity were a refreshing experience in this industry .I would definitely pay a little extra for this ‘top of range’ facility and intend to do so in future travels. Samir another staff member from another property was also very helpful & friendly with good communication & advice.

1. Perfect Location with sea view and access to private beach. 2. The staff is very co-operative and helpful. 3. The restaurants are at the distance of 15 to 20 minutes but are worth it. 4. To visit the beach I would say that go in the morning as there won't be any rush or crowd at that time before 10. 5. The main thing I liked about this property was they didn't ask for any advance payment before we reach there. 6. They also arranged vehicle for us if you need any you can ask them for so.(charges applicable separately)

Ashok and his wife couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. My baggage got delayed in transit so I was concerned when arriving but immediately, Ashok made me feel comfortable, picking me up from the airport and helping me settle in at La Casa, in the wee hours. He makes a great coffee, and breakfast was a treat each morning. Ashok rang the airport for me and the bag was delivered, luckily, on day 2. The room was perfect for my needs and exceptionally clean. Ashok is a wise man, he had advice for every eventuality, and I felt safe and very happy there. Great introduction to the gorgeous people of India!

I had a truly beautiful experience staying at Coco Homestays. Subin and his wife were incredibly helpful, friendly, and easy to talk to — they made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Subin kindly shared with me some sacred local places to visit, which was very meaningful for me, as the purpose of my journey in India is to pay my respect to Hindu gods and devas. The location of the homestay is perfect — peaceful and very close to important temples and spiritual sites. They also recommended delicious traditional local food, which I thoroughly enjoyed! The room itself was clean, comfortable, and just what I needed to rest and recharge after temple visits. I’m grateful for their warmth and hospitality — it truly added something special to my spiritual journey in India. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a soulful and comfortable place to stay
