Great location, lovely, comfortable rooms. Delightful, historic charm. Very good, friendly communication from Linda ahead of arrival, and she dealt with an issue with our air conditioning unit quickly and efficiently. Lovely communal kitchen for residents. We'd definitely return!

Huge, bright, quiet apartment in centre of the historical old town with views over the city and out to the mountains beyond. Comfortable, big bed but the best thing was our host Emanuel! Such an enthusiastic, genuine, helpful man. We had car trouble the day we left and he crawled under our car and fixed a loose part! Way beyond the call of duty!! Thanks Emanuel- we had a great stay.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying, and I must say that the experience far exceeded my expectations. This establishment stands out not only for its magnificent facilities and comfort but especially for its exceptional staff, who truly made the stay unforgettable. One person that particularly impressed me was Antonio. From the moment I checked in, Antonio displayed a charismatic and friendly demeanour that made me feel genuinely welcome. His helpfulness knew no bounds; he was always ready to assist and had extensive knowledge about the hotel facilities and the surrounding area, providing invaluable advice and recommendations. I wholeheartedly recommend Ricaroka to anyone looking for an accommodation that truly prioritizes customer satisfaction and provides an exceptional stay. Excellent location, big room, Ilaria is a splendid host, the beds aver very comfy and the room is very big for a family of 4, with two children of 11 and 15. Excellent air conditioning, hyper close to the old city centre, very close to the sea (15 minutes walk). Parking available close to the location for a small fee. Should we come back to Albenga, we would come back to Ama affittacamere. Excellent restaurant just in front of the apartment: Rica Roca, do not miss it!

The Villa is a nice place for a short visit at the italian riviera! They are very nice and organized. The Restaurant has great quality of food! Because we have a baby we did Not try to eat somewhere else but I don’t think you would have a better Dinner elsewhere! The italian breakfast is convient and the coffe good!

-Top Hotel -Top Air Conditioning -Top Location -Best owner ever met So the hotel is really clean, absolutely nice in design, and the rooms are really comfortable and big. I've never had such quiet air conditioning in a hotel. You don't even realize it's on. The location can't be better; you go out and you're in the city. The owner is absolutely top-notch, really helpful with any question. He even helped me to get a doctor for my bad ear infection. Thank you very much, and I will gladly come back as soon as possible. A rating of 10 is not enough for this hotel!!! I can write 10 pages, but you have to come and see for yourself.
