This is a beautiful apartment. It is very spacious for a couple or solo traveller. It is clearly a well-loved home, with many lovely touches, well cared for, spotlessly clean, and with everything you would need. Maria Pia is delightful, and she lavishes her guests with delicious treats: everything you could want or need and much more. Being on the main piazza, the apartment is in the centre of everything with a view onto one of the most beautiful and lively piazze in Italy. The palazzo is beautiful. Staying here is not only comfortable, but a lesson in living well.

A wonderful place in a beautiful small town. The owner was so helpful and gave us suggestions of where to visit and eat. The appartment was spacious with views to the hills and the small town. The restaurant opposite served delicious food. The highlight was a guided tour with Enrico of the archeological site of Urbs Salvia. We visited the Abbazia and had a guided visit of a 16th century kitchen in Loro Piceno as advised by Deborah. Best place we have stayed in. We want to come back. If I could given 11 I would have.
