The room was nicely sized, especially with the balcony, which was a nice place to sit. The fact that there was a well equipped shared kitchen was brilliant. It was also relatively quiet, even with the door open at night. The bed was quite comfy. It was also about a 10 minute walk to the tram, so not too bad for going into town.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, with such a comfortable memory foam bed & pillows. Located a few minutes from Florence airport. So many little details like umbrellas for walking, great restaurant recommendation, and our host arranged 4:50am taxi (and the driver arrived early and was waiting for us)! Attention to every detail. Highly recommend the Shabby Chic!!!

We were in emergency, we needed a room immediately because of car problems. We think this apartment was a very good value for money, comfortable, clean, equipped with everything we needed. Clean and private room, and very fast and effective communication with the hosts. We appreciated being able to check-in earlier. Convenient location to reach out the train station (cca 14 min walk) and catch the train to Firenze. Free parking spot in the street was great addition.
