Everything was 100% perfect, from the encounter with Giorgio, the manager, who had everything ready at my arrival. His full set of recommendations and instruction were great. The place is in an old classical Milano "Palazzo", very nice and the facilities are very well preserved and renovated. I was confused because I thought I read in the description that the pick up from the airport was included, but I can understand that this must have been a mistake. Typical italian "breakfast", a capuccino and a pastry was included, although because of an oversight I didn't get to the rael place, fully my fault. All in all, great! I will stay Household Settembrini no doubt, if I return to Milano.

The experience itself was one of the best things I've ever done and The room we choose was only 5 -10 min a walk from sansiro so that made it so easy for us to access everywhere. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved our stay! We stayed at MyMilano for three nights and everything was truly excellent. The room was very spacious and everything — both in the bedroom and the bathroom — was modern and stylish. Everything was extremely clean, and housekeeping came every day while we were out. When we returned, the room was spotless, the towels had been changed, and everything was perfectly in order. Any small issues we had were quickly and kindly taken care of by the staff. Their service was fast and professional. Honestly, we have only good things to say — nothing but gratitude! If I ever return to Milan, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
