Great place between train station and historic city centre. Everything was spotless clean. Even when the access is fully automated from the check in time onwards, I was very grateful that I could leave my luggage after arrival and before the official check in time. Everything was perfect and I enjoyed the stay. Great and detailed information received about location, access, etc. There are vending machines for hot and cold drinks, what is very handy. I will try to book again for September 2025, when travelling to Parma again.
