A perfect place to stay for any trip to Pisa. Staff were so friendly and helpful, Francesco had sent us everything we needed to know about our stay, with lots of really help advice on tourist attractions and restaurants etc before we’d even arrived , which was amazing. Great location.

While the room may not be large, it is exceptionally comfortable, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed to maximize space and convenience. The location is incredibly convenient—just a 15-minute walk from the airport and only 15 minutes from the city center—making it perfect for both short stopovers and longer visits. The neighborhood is peaceful, clean, and well-kept, offering a quiet retreat after a day of exploring. Our host was absolutely delightful—genuinely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. She offered us great local recommendations for restaurants and bars, which added so much to our experience. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay if you value comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality in a convenient location.

Everything was amazing. The hosts were very nice and took in our luggage so we can visit the city while the room was ready. Even if the location seems far it has at least 3 busses going to the center/train station, within 2 min walking distance. There is also an amazing restaurant right next to it where you can get breakfast, lunch, dinner, light snack, coffee etc.

The property was a noble period building with a welcoming coolness provided by the very thick walls and high ceilings. There is still an old garden accessed from front hallway and open to all guests who wish to spend some quiet time. Our suite was a large room entered through a hallway with a full size fridge.There was an extra large double bed with overhanging tapestry. The bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets were beautiful quality and cool in hot weather. There were three large windows which open onto a view of the river. There was an extraordinary bathroom area with a massive sunken bathe and wash hand basin and then another room with toilet,shower and another wash basin. There was a lovely selection of Gels and shampoos available and good thick towels. In the main room there is a large table with a kettle,tea bags, coffee sachets,biscuits and a bottle of water.
