Calm and quiet place, nice view, terrace (in case of my room) and the picnic area. The room was very spacious. One of the cleanest (if not THE cleanest) place that I have stayed at. Welcoming and caring host. Tasty breakfast that gives you energy to start your hiking day with enough choice (not only variety of sweet ¨stuff¨ and cereals but also fruits, bread, cheese and ham were available). Great coffee. There are no shops nor restaurants in the village but you get a perfect peace and quiet (just singing birds and the sound of the river flowing nearby). If you still need to buy anything - la Thuille is very close.

Charming alpine with incredible views, located right next to a running waterfall & in front of the river. Room was comfortable with everything & it has a small sauna in the back yard. Amazing view & relaxed. Highly recommended!

Abri des Amis isa beautifully run family business. Where hospitality,attention to detail and comfort of the guests is paramount. It’s one of the loveliest places we’ve stayed. It’s a 15 minute walk from the center of town , lots of parking and their shuttle bus to the lifts is incredibly efficient for drop off and pick up.

We loved everything ! The hosts were excellent , our room with a view was cosy , warm and rustic . Just what we wanted . Our balcony was an added treat . The most relaxing room , fabulous breakfast and incredible old house refurbished beautifully . The area of Le Saxe was so traditional and totally unspoilt . We would highly recommend this accommodation and especially room 6 ( unless you are very tall or have mobility issues ) ..... Amazing !

Stunning property that is a new renovation restored with some beautiful touches. The views of the mountains were beautiful.The service from Anaïs and her family was just outstanding we will definitely be back. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant was fabulous. I stayed here for a rest day before climbing Gran Paradiso. The accommodation has incredible views and is hosted by the most friendly and welcoming family. The room has everything you could need, and Kate is extremely helpful in making sure your stay is perfect. The apartment is slightly outside of Aosta, but it's a simple 30-minute walk along the cycle path

This is a small family owned hotel. They went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and gave good advice for exploring the aosta valley. The rooms are spacious with a nice view. The bathroom is large and the shower is great. The breakfast was good and we even had tomatoes and cucumbers ...the hotel is situated on the main road near Aosta and is a conveniant place to travel in the area.
