The owner Iris provides an amazing breakfast. Just incredible. It rivals the buffets of the fanciest hotels. Exceptional stuff. She is very accommodating and tries to make you feel at home in her house. It’s a very nice family-friendly place. There is parking just in front of the house, which was quite handy.

The garden is vast and extraordinary. It's beautiful with the two ponds and especially the children enjoyed the anymals: they have peacocks, a horse, goats and cute cats. Just 2 minutes by bike is the river tagliamento where you can play (swim) . The house is very clean and the hosts provide you with everything you need. They are very generous and offer a very good Continental breakfast. We spent there one night on our cycle toour from tarvis to grado but could have easily stayed longer. We can absolutely recommend the place!

Very nice, clean and cozy accommodation. We spent the night with the children on the way from the south of Italy. Breakfast self-service pleased. Venzone is a beautiful place, I highly recommend it.

wonderful small city, BEAUTIFUL apartment located in the very centre of it, with the hotst so helpful that you can't even imagine: from waiting for us in the door (really!), through safe place for our bikes and the restaurant for an evening suggestion up to weather app forecasts help. Unbelievable stay, one of the best we have ever had. Can't wait to come back to the town and to the very same apartment! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTIHNG!!!
