The location is a bit hard to find and a surprise as it is in an industry park.. The room is simply perfect and the kindness of the owner is superb. Limited rooms but recommended if you are in the surroundings of Aprilia

Good location, clean and comfortable

Very cozy house in quite and safe area with two shops just two minutes away. Max and his mum are amazing people who make you feel very welcome and help with all your needs. Access to the kitchen and just six minutes away from sea side(driving), local public transport is available. Would definitely come back to this place again.

Maria and Emanuele were so great with communication and being helpful, the room itself is huge, it's close to the metro station, they supplied drinks + snacks, the mattress was not 2 twins put together, very quiet

We like this apartment very much. Our room was very clean and cute lady left for us snacks and drinks when we came there after long journey, we definitely recommend this place🥰

Stefano is a great and a very kind host. Also he brought us the things that we forgot to the airport. The house is beautiful and clean, I can only recommend.
