Our host, Lorna, was absolutely marvellous and friendly. She ensured we were comfortable and well settled, even assisted us with a pick-up and drop-off driver. Dinners were really great the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Ms Denise was very pleasant and made some nice meals and the host Ms Nicki was very helpful with arranging transport for my family and I and making sure we got sorted out for this business trip.
