RussiaThis is the best guesthouse in Namwon! I saw this place on instagram a lot of times. The guesthouse is very famous among korean solo female travelers. Fortunately, they have part of the guesthouse only for foreigners, so I could even reserve it during Chuseok. The location is perfect. It is located near all main tourist attractions in Namwon, in the evening you can go to see the lights of the city (which are made in traditional style), the lights in the park. There is the bus terminal near the guesthouse, and you can go to the Jirisan Baemsagol, Gyryo, and big cities. Also, there are some cute coffee shops not so far from guesthouse. And the owners are very kind. I felt myself in korean retro drama. And cats are sooo cute!!

Mua Guest House is a cozy house facing the river and the mountains in Namwon city. The house is very close to all the most important tourist attractions in the city but what makes it truly special are the people managing it. The owners are mom and daughter who manage the guest house in the most pleasant and enjoyable way. They are locals and can suggest the best places in the city for eating, visiting and more.
I will definitely go back to Mua Guesthouse because it is comfortable affordable but mostly because I felt at home.

Amazing place to stay. I would love to come back again. Comfy, cosy beds, great amenities and plenty of space in the dorm. The host was friendly and speaks English which is extremely helpful for people like me who can't speak Korean. I got lots of helpful information from the host, including help with buses and where to eat. The Namwon locals are very kind.
