The location was amazing! The breakfast was exceptional, but even more so because the host himself made it for each of us every morning. The host was so helpful about giving recommendations, even booked me a haircut at the local hairdresser's. The last day, there was a bigger group of Korean tourists at the hostel and he apologized if the noise was bothering me. Absolutely amazing experience! I will definitely stay there again the next time I'm in Sokcho!

The guesthouse is cozy and provides an at-home experience. The facility and room was clean and comfortable. The hostess cares well for the place and for her guests. She goes above and beyond to provide her guests with information about the area, and even sometimes lends out things like hats and boots to guests who might have arrived unprepared. Great location a stones throw from the bus terminal and a short walk to the market. Owner was extremely attentive and friendly and communication was good. Extremely reasonable price point and clean room. Will definitely be back next time I go to Seoraksan!
