We would definitely stay here again! The staff were so friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and really nicely decorated (especially the bathrooms which have really beautiful ceramic sinks!). The location is perfect and they’re really helpful with sorting out taxis or bike rentals if you want to.

The hotel is charming, in a wonderfully restored villa with quirky architectural details. The room was spacious, quiet and the bed very comfortable but the best thing was the staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and help with anything I needed, they were really amazing, particularly Phout who accompanied me to buy an extra suitcase. The breakfasts were varied and delicious with a great choice of local dishes. I wholeheartedly recommend this place if you are going to Luang Prabang.

This was one of the best experiences I had in any hotel. The service was out of the ordinary, you will not be disappointed if you are staying at thong bay guesthouse. They thought of everything and we did not needed to worry about anything, they were kind and always there to help! Me and my friend have been traveling for a while and we really felt at home here! I don’t have one bad thing to point out, I could not be more happy with this hotel!
