It was my first accommodation in Sri Lanka and as a female solo traveler I felt very welcome and safe. I had dinner at the homestay the first evening which tasted great! The next day, Mapa gave me and my friends a tour through Mihintale. We really enjoyed learning about the Buddhist culture!
