we have love everything about our stay! Absolutely Fabulous Stay! Liked · This was definitely the best property I could have chosen in my whole trip across Sri Lanka. Not only is this walking distance from the Rock Temple, but is also very close from the main highway, so easy to find. The hospitality is out of this world. Things to highlight: 1. The host proactively reached out for my arrival time and even though it was very late, he stayed up and ensured we had everything comfortably (inc. an extra blanket) before he left. He also helped us with the luggage as the rooms were on the 1st floor. 2. The hospitality is out of this world, the host's wife comes in the morning with freshly prepared breakfast and it was OUT OF THIS WORLD - all possible Sri Lankan dishes including Hoppers, curry, Sambol. 3. The view from the sitting area is superb!!! Trees all around 4. Comfortable and spacious rooms, with all types of basic things available like hair dryer, scissors, etc. 5. Air conditioner and hot water both are available 6. Clean washrooms and comfy beds 7. Private parking inside the property Absolutely loved this property- recommend everyone to stay here!!!!

Very nice and helpful host. Perfect localization and delicious breakfast in clean and comfortable house. Owner on a first day took us from a bus station by his tuktuk and invited with papaya juice. He also arranged our trip to Pidurangala Rock and Minneriya National Park for a very reasonable price. At the end on the last day, he took us with his family to a local club cricket game and a post-game festival. It was wonderful time!

Heartwarming hospitality and delicious food What a fantastic stay at Sunvsh Homestay. The host Anu is very friendly as soon as the booking was confirmed she were helped to planned the trip we needed at a low price compared to other places. Location is very good short walking to Dambulla Rock Temple and City Centre. While having breakfast you can watch birds, butterflies, squirrel and monkeys in the garden. Anu's mother food is excellent. We enjoyed sri Lankan rice and curry. Definitely the best meals that we had in sri Lanka. I would recommend eating there if you stay don't miss that amazing opportunity and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend people stay here.

We traveled from a Sri Lankan friend's house in the east and it felt like we never left the family hospitality. Rooms are private, clean and comfortable and the host is amazing, she offered to cook us dinner and made us an INCREDIBLE breakfast before we left. She loaned us sahris to cover up for the temple caves which is only a short walk from the homestay.
