It's was a really good room for the price with everything being new. Comfy bed, nice A.C, very clean and a lot of space in the room and bathroom. The host is really kind and the location is pretty good. I would definitely stay again!

The accomodation and hospitality were absolutely brilliant - originally booked for 2 nights and extended for another. The room was very spacious, AC and a fan. The host invited me for breakfast the first morning and helped with anything I needed organising including washing and getting me a tuk tuk. The family is really so nice. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the lovely beach - surfed loads and was provided a beach towel when I asked!

Parasol Dole is a little slice of heaven. We had the ultimate relaxation time where we were able to switch off from everything. The accommodation is beautiful. We loved the room, which had bi-folding doors directly out to the pool area and beach. The pool was clean and refreshing. We spent the majority of our time on the beach, which felt private as we were usually the only ones on it. There are body boards to use at your leisure and we had so much fun body boarding in the waves for hours on end. There is an area further up the beach that frequently has turtles, so we had the opportunity to snorkel and saw several turtles close to shore. The staff were so generous and hospitable. They kindly organised us tuk tuks into town whenever we needed, which always arrived within 10 minutes of booking. Roshan particularly went out of his way to recommend things to do in the area and offered to drive us round the town for some sightseeing. We couldn’t fault the service. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The pancakes, omelettes and fruit platter were exceptionally good! Highly recommend this serene and stunning boutique hotel and we will definitely return on our next visit to Sri Linka!

The family was incredibly hospitable. We were offered tea and pancakes and felt very welcome at this accommodation. The room had a large bed, a spacious bathroom, and a well-functioning air conditioner. The location was perfect as it is right by the beach, where we could snorkel with sea turtles in the morning. Even after check-out time, we were allowed to take a shower. The owner also helped us find an affordable tuk-tuk to get to our next destination. We highly recommend this place!

The room is large and well equipped. Despite situated on the main road, it is very quiet. Very nice furnitured roof terrace and 2-3min walking distance to the beach. All kind of stores and a pharmacy around. Breakfast served in wonderful sea view restaurant. All amenities arranged in a good style. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Indunil’s house is beautiful and very well located, about 10min from the beach. The guestroom was very comfortable, with a massive bed and clean. Breakfast was really big and tasty. Indunil and his family are amazing and we felt very welcomed there.

Chamilla is the most wonderful host. Nothing was too much trouble. He organised a scooter for us within 10 minutes of arriving there, he did our laundry for us and even gave us some extra pillows. He assisted us with the bus as we were leaving too. It is very close to Dickwella beach or we rode the scooter to Hiriketiya every day which was only about a 10 minute drive. The place is clean and it is all you need. It is a few different rooms in a house and it was full while we were there, however we did not hear anyone. There is a large kitchen area too if you are wanting to prepare your own food. We would stay here again.
