Had a lovely 2 night stay here. The family is really carrying that you are feeling good. The room was spacious and very clean. There is a small shop downstairs too that sells snacks and water. Totally recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Ema — one of the most beautiful places we stayed at during our trip through Sri Lanka. It’s a true oasis of peace where the only sounds you hear are birds chirping — absolutely fantastic! The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and easy to reach via WhatsApp. They were always helpful and attentive. We highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Sri Lanka and looking for a stay in the Galle area!

The room was very clean and comfortable so we felt it like home from the first time. Hosts were very friendly and kind and they did their best for us, especially their daughter who speaks very good English and she helped us even with the informations we needed about our transportation. We have to mention also that they made for us a special breakfast from Sri Lanka that we wanted to try. We highly recommend this hotel for vacations!

Clean and cozy place directly at the beach with very friendly hosts. Our room didn't contain A/C but the fan was accurate for good sleep. Free sunbeds and hammocks available outside for the guests. Recommended !

Nice place very quiet a bit far from the heart of Galle City but you can reach out quickly the city in tuk tuk. Way to go is free of charge you need only to pay the way back around 600 roupies / 2 euros. Nice swimming pool, nice service we spent two good nights there with kids.

Such an amazing property, literally 4 steps from the beach. The upstairs rooms have a view of the most stunning sunset The owner and host, Indika, is a such a nice, down to earth man and looks after his guests so well. Just a short bus or tuk tuk into galle. We came last year and will be back again next year for sure.

The stay at Villa Arushina was exceptional. The lady took care of every request, the beautiful villa is impeccably decorated, a clean and air-conditioned room with toilet and shower. The internet was also excellent. Happily, I arrived at a great time - on New Year's Eve! I got to experience the holiday in a pure authentic way and learn about Buddhist customs and tradition. Eat local food through breakfast and holiday dinner. For me it was an amazing experience. I got to know a lovely family. I have no doubt that on my next visit to Sri Lanka I will return there. If you want an authentic Sri Lankan experience, this is the place for you! Hosts are warm and very attractive, ready to share some stories with you! Tasty and abundant breakfast cooked on the spot, with a possibility to have dinner too, which is also very convenient! Room is basic, but has everything you need, there is a shared terrace where you can relax. I highly recommend this place as an alternative to escape Galle noise and crowds. Easy access to Galle Fort by tuktuk or bus.
