The views are incredible. Nice area with shops, nearby the bus stops to go anywhere you want. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The owner of the place was very friendly and help us with all the things. We feel like at home. The kitchen is there. And Susantha preparing tasty dishes if you'd like to eat smth Sri Lankan.

The guestroom is located in the families green garden and has a lot of space, even with a little are in the „second level“. We felt very welcome by the whole family from the first second on. As the house is located on a mountain hill, it was a bit tricky to get there, however, Sudesh organized it perfectly. The room is spacious, clean and had everything that was promised in the booking. The queen sized bed was super comfy and we had a good night rest despite the heavy rain that night. The breakfast was the best we had so far on our trip through Sri Lanka and we were even asked for any preferences on what to get & when to get it. Totally recommend!!

Lovely clean, spacious room and bathroom with a nice view Bit out of Kandy city which we liked and we had our own tuktuk so no issues with transport to town etc We felt very welcomed into the home and I loved the traditional Sri Lankan breakfast ! Really helpful hosts with lots of recommendations

Beautiful property that felt like our own little oasis. The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The shower was excellent too. Breakfast was served at your requested time and the owner offered to cook us a Sri Lankan breakfast that was really good. The location does require a tuk tuk in and out of Kandy central but you can down load the pick me app to get local rates to keep costs down. Excellent stay and highly recommended.

The place is on a hill a short tuktuk away from the city. It’s a very serene location and a peaceful place to come back to after a busy day in the city. Rooms are very clean and offering a lovely terrace with panoramic views over Kandy. There is also tea available at all times in the shared kitchen. Karun is such a wonderful host and organised the perfect tour of Kandy. He made my experience as a solo traveler very enjoyable and took me to local places to eat and experience Kandy life as a true local. Karun’s endless kindness was so warming. He is so attentive and wants his guests to be happy. This has been my favourite stay in Sri Lanka! Estuti Karun for everything

The place was really comfortable, and the view from the terrasse was really nice! The staff was really nice, they gave us some very good recommendations for traditional massage, a driver, etc. The traditional breakfast was amazing! It is walking distance to the city center.

This was the perfect place to stay in Kandy. Up in the hills with a balcony area where I enjoyed my coffee while watching monkeys, birds and surrounding nature. Also a great night's sleep ok a comfy bed with no noise except the rain on the roof. Suraj, the host, is freindly and accommodating, never hesitating to attend or answer questions I had. The room had good WiFi that I used to work from and take Skype calls. And the bathroom had hot water to shower. I booked two night initially but stayed an extra two.
