This is a family owned and operated business away from the noise of the town, in a tranquil setting. Sanjeev and Lalith were very welcoming, and included us in their family and friends celebration of Sinhalese new year, which was exceptional. Room 3 was very large, and the bathroom spacious and just right. A perfect setting for respite close to nature. The meals were the best we've had in 12 days so far in Sri Lanka!

Pradeep and his family and staff are doing everything to make this a memorable and beautiful stay. From the tour of the farm and neighborhood, to the self made food, to the help in organizing trips, the relaxing and quiet atmosphere, and the lovely chit chats (female solo traveler here). I extended my stay to 3 nights and was very glad I did. Can only recommend!

Staying here was wonderful. Nuwar's hospitality was truly extraordinary. We had many pleasant conversations with him and he was very careful and present everyday but always with great respect for privacy. He gave us lots of useful advice and constant small gestures of hospitality, as well as taking us on a beautiful tour of the surrounding farm area. He also arranged for us to go on a wonderful safari with an excellent guide. The hotel has a perfect location, close to Dambulla and just a few metres from the main road where you can easily catch a bus or tuk tuk. Clean rooms with great views of nature. Thank you Nuwar for making our trip even more magical.

Everything was great, very clean large room with good furniture, hot water in the bathroom, everything is new and modern, thought out to the smallest detail, stylish and there are interesting design solutions. The staff and host are extremely friendly and helpful, they help if needed. In addition, I really liked the location - very close to the main street, but very quiet and peaceful. Around is nature and you can see birds and mongooses. In addition, the breakfast was great, you can also order dinner if you wish.

This place is right in nature and full of creativity! The owner has built everything by himself and you feel the care and love that they have put into this place. Very clean rooms with AC in both, if you are lucky you will be accomodated in the third room a new one. Backyard was also clean, owner”s wife look after twice a day. We stayed there 2 days. The owner (Naim) was very nice and helped us with everyrhing. He took us on Pidurangala rock to see sunrise. Also we have wonderfull breakfast and really delicious dinner. We fully recomend this place to stay.
