I arrived in the morning before my room was ready and before contacting the owner in the hope that I would be able to have a tour of a gem mine and market and buy some gems with an expert! I was very lucky and the owner helped me with the request and I had the most incredible time. The hotel is in a beautiful location overlooking the mountains. They were very accommodating and I had a great dinner there. Overall had a fantastic experience staying here. The next time I come I will come back to stay here as they also offer a gem-cutting course and the staff were incredible!

Friendly, helpful staff and spacious, comfortable rooms with hot shower. Water Side Residence offers good menu choice for breakfast, lunch and eve meal. Ideal place to stay for Adam’s Peak or if you’re planning on walking in the area. Highly recommend.

The location is perfect for the Adam's Peak hiking, especially if you're planning to do it in the early morning. The owner prepares breakfast as soon as you're back home and it's delicious. We asked for dinner as well and it was fantastic.

In a central area of Adams Peak, Vegetable Garden House features sea views from the patio. The property has mountain and lake views, and is less than 1 km from Adam's Peak.

Perfect place for a one night stay when you are climbing the Adam's Peak. Had a great dinner there and met lovely people, with whom we stayed connected also afterwards. Rooms are simple but have everything you need. Even more, when you are there just for a few hours. :) The road is a bit steep and I was doubtful with my tuktuk, so they helped me in the morning (later I was making even worse than that, so it is easy, just looks steep at the beginning :)).

The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area and also the mountain. Bed and room very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and exactly what was needed after the long hike up and down Sri Pada. The hotel is right on the path to the peak and has secure parking.

Situated 5 minutes walk to Adam's Peak in Nallathanniya, Queens Ark features free WiFi access and free private parking. Certain units feature a seating area to relax in after a busy day.

Great value huge room with private bathroom. This is where you want to stay when hiking Adam’s peak/Sri Pada. 10 min walk to start of the trail. Most welcoming and friendly owner. Provided packed breakfast for hike and a torch.
