Beautiful place, full of beautiful well-kept plants. Very clean cottages, great swimming pool. Very close to a wonderful beach - it is the most beautiful beach in Sri Lanka - You can watch turtles nearby. The owners are very, very nice and helpful. If you want to have an unforgettable experience, you have to come here !! I WILL BE BACK

The communication before my arrival was already very friendly. I had made a mistake with the booking date, but changing it was no problem at all. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed – even with a fresh coconut. The room was clean, had a private bathroom, hot shower, a good mosquito net and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The local breakfast was very delicious and plentiful. The location is great: only a 5-minute walk from the bus station, close to the beach and right next to a really good restaurant. The outdoor area is especially lovely – almost like a small beer garden – perfect for relaxing. The common area is cozy, there are a few games and the WiFi was the best I’ve had so far in Sri Lanka. I would have loved to stay one more night, but unfortunately I had to change my plans.

This is a wonderful guest house, in a quiet location. Close to some nice beaches. If you want more than beaches you will need transport. The guest house do also rent scooters. The family who run the guest house are extremely friendly. I booked initially for 4 nights but extended my stay. Some lovely restaurants within 200 / 300 metres of the property. Excellent value for money. I would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sun Sea Guest Home. Our hosts were so helpful and friendly. They gave us a run down on Tangalle when we arrived. Telling us about all the beaches, sites and activities. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. And the breakfast that was prepared for us was delicious and generous. Would recommend 100%.
