Superb location away from the crowds . Refurbished renovated house which was tastefully decorated . Outlook on to the palmyrie . Food was excellent and host Mustapha was amazing .

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a charming room nestled within a stunning palmetto grove, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that every detail had been meticulously attended to, both inside the room and throughout the enchanting garden. The interior of the room exuded a cozy yet sophisticated ambiance. The decor was tastefully chosen, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the carefully selected furnishings to the thoughtful placement of amenities. It was evident that the hosts had put considerable effort into ensuring guests felt comfortable and pampered. Stepping outside, the garden was a true highlight of the property. The palmetto grove created a serene and picturesque backdrop, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The well-maintained garden featured a delightful array of flora, contributing to the overall beauty of the surroundings. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy moments of tranquility. While the culinary offerings were described as "in the norm," I found them to be satisfying and enjoyable. The meals were well-prepared, showcasing a decent variety of flavors that complemented the overall experience. Although not extravagant, the food certainly met expectations and added a pleasant touch to the overall stay. In conclusion, my stay in this palmetto paradise was nothing short of delightful. The careful attention to detail, both indoors and outdoors, created a memorable and rejuvenating experience. I would highly recommend this hidden oasis to anyone seeking a tranquil retreat in a beautifully curated setting.

Staying within this kasbah was a great experience. The room we had adequate. The position of the riad on the edge of the kasbah overlooking the palmeriae was very beautiful - a walk through the palmeriae is recommended. Our host Ismail was fantastic. We guided us around the Tamnagalt kasbah and explained everything, prepared our breakfast, joined us in conversation and really made our time there very rewarding and memorable. He organised dinner for us at a nearby rooftop terrace restaurant in the kasbah.

An absolutely wonderful stay perfectly located halfway our trip from Marrakesh to M'Hamid El Ghizlane. Great for anyone looking for something off the beaten track and, quite literally, a calm oasis. This was most definitely the most beautiful place we stayed at during our trip. Delicious food, served in the beautiful courtyard, fantastic and eco-conscious hospitality, and a refreshing swimming pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and walk through the palmeraie. Highly recommend!

Firstly I want to emphasized that if you seek luxury and comfort living experience, never go to desert palm oasis villages, go to big ugly cities. countryside hotel can only provided basic service, it is sustainable but need our tolerance. Chez Yacob Tamnougalt is actually a rose-colored mudbrick fortification kasbah, this Ksar are formidable rising above palm oasis, towers made of meter-thick straw-reinforced mudbrick looks amazing, I am a Chinese explorer, when I hired bikes from Chez Yacob and rode to the remote villages, many local people said that in their whole life time they never see a Chinese cyclist, it made me very happy, so I contributed lots of efforts to raise local poor people's life by paying their food. the purpose of staying in Chez Yacob is convenient to explore the palm oasis and adored the beauty of the nature.

Nice berber family. Garden is lovely and I liked that they had also hammock where to read. You can learn about berber life and local environment. Breakfast included a tea/coffee, fresh stuff from their garden, eggs, bread, crêpe and homemade jams. The accommodation is close to Palmeraie, where you can walk all day long.
