The hospitality at this guesthouse was exceptional. Aya was incredibly kind, always ready to offer helpful advice and assistance. A heartfelt thank you for the delicious homemade breakfasts. The hosts’ attention to detail and availability were outstanding. The breakfast was not only excellent but also very generous. The value for money is unbeatable. I highly recommend this riad. Ideally located in the heart of Medina, it offers complete immersion and easy access to all attractions. It's clean and comfortable with a terrace offering stunning views, especially at sunrise. The highlight of this hotel is its staff: welcoming, caring, and attentive to making your stay enjoyable. Their advice on finding the right places is excellent. Not to mention the delicious breakfasts and dinners prepared by Maryam. I also recommend the Wi-Fi, the excellent breakfasts, the airport shuttle, and the guide assistance.

It is a small Riad but perfect for travelling with your group of friends. We felt at home, all thanks to the staff (very friendly). The breakfast is exceptional. They provide information on various excursions. They organised our transfer from the airport (highly recommended). Thanks!!

The staff was wonderful. Nevi and Omaima were very nice and friendly. Omaima was so kind and always attentive. She made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. She also took well care of us by getting breakfast for us as we had to go to different excursions very early. They also recommended places and how to do things in the medina. They accommodated us with an excellent service. You would not have the same personalised service in other big hotel. The hotel is traditional and authentic of the local culture. The proximity of the riad was really good. It is inside the Medina and close to everything. Overall, everything was excellent and we will choose the same hotel again. 200% recommended.

I had the most wonderful stay at this Riad during my time in Fez. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed. The staff were not only thoughtful but also incredibly attentive to every detail, making my stay smooth and comfortable. They made me feel like I was at a second home with their kindness and care. The facilities, room, and views were simply breathtaking – even better than I could have imagined. Both the dinner and breakfast were delicious, prepared with great care and authenticity. Everything was just so proper and decent, leaving a lasting impression on me. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Fez.
