Yaya is an incredible host. He was very welcoming and always has the kettle on for tea. He went above and beyond for us. He accommodated our change of booking arrangement. He provided great advice and information. He even got up at 5.30am, prepared breakfast and dropped us to the bus station whenwewereleaving. The Riad is so chilled out. We had freedom to come and go and the use of the kitchen, living room and terrace. The riad is decorated beautifully inside and on the terrace. It is very clean and comfortable and situated in a really quiet village which is literally at the gates of the desert. The WiFi is excellent. Yaya is very flexible with everything and a very hospitable, welcoming and overall good man. He is also very helpful in arranging trips to the desert by 4x4 and touring. We would love to return in the future.

A heartfelt thank you to Daoud and his wife for the truly memorable stay! This place feels like home, with a cozy family atmosphere. It's simple in the best way, nothing overly fancy, but it has everything you need. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is perfect if you're looking for peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of Mhamid. From the camp, it's just a short walk to some beautiful nearby dunes, which made for such a fun and unique experience! And the food, wow. Without a doubt, the best we've had in Morocco! Every meal was a surprise, with creative, flavorful, and varied dishes that we couldn’t get enough of. Daoud also organizes treks into the Sahara, and if you’re looking for an authentic adventure paired with interesting conversations, this is the place to be. Our stay here was one of the highlights of our trip to Morocco, and we can’t recommend it enough. Wishing you all the best for the future, and we hope to see you again someday! We have been in this beautiful place, both the camp and the excursion through the desert on camels and by 4x4, it has been an incredible and unforgettable experience. We spent 1 night at Dar Talmoudi and were charmed by Abde. He showed us around on the land of the propertiy showing us the "life in the middle of the dessert". As his roots are from a Nomad family, Abde has authentic insights, which were so interesting and insightful. Abde and his bother also served a delicious meal and breakfast, which is remarkable as you feel as sitting in the middle of nowhere. Grab this experience !
