The comfy family house . The place was tidy and well-maintained. The owners are clearly dedicated to keeping it that way. The garden and surrounding areas were swept several times a day to remove leaves and debris. Located in a peaceful area by the lake, the setting is calm and relaxing. However, swimming in the lake is not allowed, as it becomes deep right off the shore. During our stay, a swimming pool was under construction in the garden, which will be a great bonus once completed. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. Our stay included breakfast, and the portions were generous enough to feed our whole family. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the same can be said for the people in the village. Our basic accommodation consisted of two rooms, a bathroom with a shower, a fireplace, and air conditioning. There is no wardrobe or kitchen. We also enjoyed views of the lake and the on-site restaurant.

Saida's passion for sharing her culture and the pride she takes in uplifting her community is truly one of a kind. I stayed 4 nights with Saida and her family and it was a memorable experience I'll be talking about for a long time. While hearing Saida's stories was the highlight of the stay, I also did a few of her curated activities including a hike to a centuries-old Berber village, an incredible afternoon making a rug with a few local women, and a visit to the poterie where all the children from the village kept us company. All amazing. What Saida has created is nothing short of inspiring and impressive, which you'll understand after your visit. Highly recommend making the trip, the views alone make it worth it.

Abdul was a wonderful host! The room was extremely clean and very comfortable. The view from our balcony was exceptional and the roof top terrace was stunning. Would highly recommend eating at the guest house too, we had a wonderful tagine on the rooftop as the sun was setting, magical! This was the highlight after staying in Morocco for 1 month. Can’t say much that haven’t been written here yet. :) Said is a great host, the house is awesome, the view from the terrace is spectacular, it is what it says, an awesome family lodge, but you can have your privacy. Clean, quite, the breakfast and dinner they make is also great. He even got me a tour guide in no time to Toubkal summit as well when I called him, because the guide office was not open when I arrived for some reason. Thanks for everything again!!! I will be back, and we climb the other mountains as well. 👍

Very comfortable room with a huge bed, hot shower, great breakfast and a wonderful view. We orderd dinner and got the best tajin in the whole Morroco. The owner and his family are very good hosts. The owner is super helpfull and speaks great English. He will tell you where to go trekking or what to see around and if you are not keen enough then he as a certificated guide will show you around. With few words- the best choice in Imlil.
