We stayed at Old house Pajovic just for 1 night, but it was the best accommodation of our trip to Montenegro. The cosy big room had everything we needed and its stone/wooden rustic decoration was a real feast for the eyes. We had a private entry leading directly to a terrace where meals are served. The terrace is covered in grape vines and it has a nice view of mountains and surrounding greenery. The breakfast was included but the dinner was also possible for a small price, even when we were just in 2. Friendly hosts, great atmosphere, you can even buy a bottle of homemade wine as souvenir!

The house was great, if you wanna be a bit off the tourist paths. Located in a small village close to lake Skadar and a beach in walking distance. Bato is super nice, I highly recommend trying his food (almost everything is homemade!) and hanging out at the porch. He even gave us a lift to the train station.

We stayed at Balabani Local Stay and it was truly one of the warmest, most welcoming places we've ever experienced. The staff are incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely caring — you feel more like a guest in someone’s home than in a hotel. The rooms were spotless and cozy, with very comfortable beds that made for a great night's sleep. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, homemade, and full of flavor. Apartment was nice and cosy located in perfect central part of Petrovac. It has a huge balcony with amazing seaview, kitchen is well-equipped, bed is so comfortable. Supermarket, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, beach are very close within 10 minutes walk. The host is very kind and flexible, always helped and gave good recommendations for us.
