The place is very nice. One can see the owner goes a long way to take care of it. The rooms were amazingly clean and the staff very helpful and friendly!

Room was very clean, simple and exactly what was needed. Aircon was great, and the lady that runs is was absolutely lovely. It was right by the beach and some nice beach bars, the bars were a little pricy though. We suggest walking a bit and you’ll find some cheaper stuff. Good public transport routes to Cancun. WiFi was strong and reliable. Were able to take video calls and stream tv without any issues.

Hello all travelers. Allow me to share this incredible experience with you. It was my first time in Mexico, specifically in Cancun. Not knowing the place, I had to do the search for the house, as criteria I evaluated: quality/price, location, services, safety. To be honest I found much more. Casa Lara has given me new friends. Upon your arrival you will find the owner named Arthuro - an exceptional and exquisite person. I wish all the owners were so polite, helpful and friendly. A friendship was created. The structure is beautiful, (all the photos on the site correspond to what you will see in person, in fact, perhaps they do not really convey all the beauty that you will find) especially for those seeking authenticity and contact with nature. Casa Lara is located inside the fenced residence and with a 24-hour security guard on site (for those who want to rent a car) in front of the sea. You will find many unique and exotic objects as furnishings, because the host's family loves to travel, so who else can truly understand what a tourist might need and how to make them feel at ease! The rooms are clean, well-kept, spacious and have everything necessary for an independent experience. All the rooms overlook the nature reserve. Every morning you will wake up to the pleasant singing of the typical local birds and with the fauna in front of your still sleepy eyes that will make you feel like the king of the jungle :) The rooftop pool is a brilliant idea, after long trips during the day, there is nothing better than diving into the fresh water with a breathtaking view of the reserve. Lara Casa's breakfast is a phenomenon in itself. I believe there are few hotels in the world that offer a breakfast handmade with passion and creativity, varied and served with typical Mexican music in the background - a marvel. If you decide to provide your own meals, you will find a fully stocked and hospitable kitchen at your disposal.

Great place for your money. The owner was very polite and helped all the time: he gave advice on where to go, which bus to take. The beach was very close to our house. There was also a store and all sorts of places to eat nearby. The house was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The view from the balcony is picturesque. The area near the guest house was safe, there was security

Amazing, very clean place in great localisation. Arturo is an amazing host with a lot of knowledge about area, thanks to him, I visited nearby temple ruins and got tips where the best beaches are, I recommend booking him as a guide if you want to see best places in Quintana Roo by car. Place is walking distance from Hotel Zone centre, there are also a bus stops nearby. I liked access to amenities and how hospitale Arturo is. Highly recommend!

The studio's location is top-notch, close to collectivos and buses (especially for access to Port Juárez) and there are supermarkets nearby too. The host is really nice and available, and will be able to show you the best places to explore depending on what you like :)

Lilian was an amazing host! We came a bit unprepared to Mexico and she helped us out with basically everything. The accomodation was really nice and clean, and she and her daughter were so kind and welcoming to us. We really enjoyed our stay in this tranquil casa!
