Tunich jungle cabañas truly exceeded all my expectations. The staff were all great, with everyone going out of their way to make sure we had the best experience possible. In particular, Sanae was amazing—she went above and beyond to assist me during a challenging moment, showing kindness and warmth that made me feel so welcome and cared for. The food here is exceptional and the location couldn’t be better, right across from a beautiful beach. There is also a security guard at night which made us feel very safe. The cabanas are amongst beautiful, lush plants that created a tropical paradise vibe. One unexpected highlight was a visit from a family of tulum raccoons, including an adorable baby! This hotel combines outstanding service, beautiful surroundings, and thoughtful touches that make it feel truly special. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a unforgettable getaway.

Great, safe, quiet, clean and with a nice (community) swimming pool. Out of the city center, so you need transportation to get around. It works like a shared apartment, I was lucky to be the only guest at the time.

This penthouse is a gem! Superb location in the middle of the jungle. We recommend to hire a car to get to, we didn't have and hopefully Vacation in Tulum could provide us scooter for our stay!

Very comfortable beds, large room, great storage spaces, chill communal area, cheap bike rental, close proximity to main street of the town and very near to nightlife bars without the noise. The staff were super friendly and we felt very safe here for the duration of our trip.
