We enjoyed our stay in Merdeka Guesthouse very much and actually extended it two times. The host is incredibly friendly and gave lots of helpful recommendations as well as a snack sometimes, the room nicely equipped and clean. Definitely recommend!

The owner and his wife are local and really helpful with sorting out whatever you need. We ended up renting his van last minute to do a trip down to the Annah Rais longhouse and hot springs. The private room was comfortable and the place has a lot of character. It's right by a bunch of great restaurants, including, one of my favorite - Rice King.

The Logde is located in a old Chinese house just in the Centre of Kuching in the main Bazar road on the waterfront. Very easy to reach a lot of places do the position and nearby many travel agency for organize tour around Kuching or in Sarawak like Niah Cave or Gunung Mulu National Park.
