an awesome experience! Rooms are amazing with a lot of detailing. The kitchen was also presented in the room, so you can cook yourself if needed. Great location, some sheep and a parrot cage around. Kids playground. Very friendly host. Breakfast was good too. Can recommend!

Overall it went very well. Even though we booked in very short notice (half an hour before arrival) the arrival went smooth. The room was wide, with access to a balcony with a nice view. The place is located away from the city center, but is at a short walking distance from it and from some good restaurants. Breakfast was great, all very clean and in order. The parking spot is outdoors right in front of the house, no issue with it. As we visited on winter, the room was cold. The room had an air conditioner, but we didn't ask if it would also warm up. It wasn't very important for us as we only spent one night, and the blankets kept us warm.

Alojamento Local Verde e Mar is located less than 8km from Comporta and just over 3km from the beach. It is within the protected Sado estuary so guests can hike and cycle in the area.

It was easy to find, we were made to feel welcome and at home by a lovely lady who could not have been more helpful if she tried. We enjoyed the sunset through a picture window and a glass of wine in front of the slow combustion fire. Breakfast was exceptional, fresh squeezed juice was a treat. I would highly recommend the stay.

It was so nice to do the check in with Filomena. The apartment is very pretty. Very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. It is in the center, in a quiet street, a few minutes walk to the bus. Small shops nearby. Perfect.

I just loved my stay. This accomodation is brand new, very well located and with all the expected amenities. While arriving to Carvalhal, follow the directions to the beach; just before doing the last turn, you will see the fabulous restaurant Dinis and Rua dos Arrozais at your right handside. Just go straight down the street and you will see no12, a vivenda welcoming you to paradise! The accomodation is very minimalist and clean, all white, and many rooms have beautiful balconies. The swimming pool is not huge but very nice even so. The neighbourhood is really quiet and two steps away from the beach, no car needed to get you there. Along the way you have a café, several restaurants, a surf/bike rental and even a hairstylist. 2 min by car and you are at Carvalhal. Great value for money! Free coffee and tea! Very nice hostess! Highly recommended if you are looking for an honest, simple stay at Comporta!
