We had a wonderful stay at Casa Luar! The house is spacious, with four comfortable bedrooms, a large living area, and a beautifully maintained garden with a terrace and pool. The view from the property is stunning, offering a peaceful and private atmosphere — perfect if you prefer relaxing by the pool rather than spending all your time at the beach. The rooms are well equipped with a small fridge, TV, Wi-Fi, and large bathrooms. The outdoor area is lovely and very clean. One of the highlights was the friendly cat that greeted us from the first day and often wandered around the garden — such a sweet companion. Although the location is fantastic, keep in mind that Carvoeiro is on a hill, so walking can be a bit challenging at times. It only takes about 10 minutes on foot to reach the town center, or just 2 minutes by car. For that reason, I would recommend renting a car or scooter to make exploring the area easier. Overall, this is a perfect choice for anyone looking for comfort, tranquility, and a beautiful setting. Highly recommended!

Fresh renovation and modern design in the room. The room had everything we needed for comfort stay. There is a coffee machine, a safe, glasses and cups, and a refrigerator in the room. You can easily ask for pool towels at the reception. There is no iron in the room, but you can request one at the reception, and they will promptly bring it to your room along with an ironing board, which you can keep for the entire duration of your stay. The pool is very clean, and I truly enjoyed my stay.

Abílio is really welcoming and so is the staff. His dog is so cute 🥹 We felt at home instantly! The private beach... Absolutely gorgeous and quiet... The bed is huge, the view from the balcony of the room is incredible 😍 and waking up to the birds singing is a delight. We are definitely coming back (still here right now and don't want to leave). We stayed here a whole week and explored the Algarve by scooter with the guest house as a base. All the staff was very helpful, late-check-in, laundry, key for the gate to park the scooter nothing was a problem. Also the owner Manuela is very friendly and gave us advises where to go. Sean at the reception is a fun dude. We definetely can recommend to stay here.
