Great location near bus terminal. Very clean and the staff were very nice and friendly.

Great friendly host, quiet calm neighborhood, a little shop across yhe street with amazing owners where you can buy snacks and even warm meals. Very well equipped apartment.

Jazmin was kind and considerate. She asked what I would like for breakfast and - exceeding any expectation - provided cereal and a large bowl of multiple varieties of fruit and more. If you have a car there is a remote to enter the property space and park safely. There is a circular metal staircase to access the second floor from the outside so take care if you have mobility issues. The bed is comfortable. The space is large with an ample terrace. The house is not properly featured on the location map and the gps takes you further up the road (to 6000 Calle Ukrania) if you click on the directions so be sure to check with Jazmin before you arrive. The area is not on the busy side of the river so it’s a car ride or 25/30 mins walk ( or more) to the main costanera and S. Jose beach (I don’t recommend for bathing as it’s too warm, crowded, and not so clean imo. Instead go to Carmen de Paraná beach around 45 mins from Encarnacion. Thanks Jazmin and partner!

This is more than nice, cosy, quiet place. Owners are coming more than half way l was given food, mate , fruits where l paid for room only. I was given raids by car the owner everything explained and show around the area, laundry shops....

The kindest owners we have ever met from a hotel/homestay. The room was very comfortable and the aircon was so nice to have at the end of a long day. Breakfast was cake and coffee and a lot of it. On the day we checked out we were able to store our luggage and when we came back we just chilled out before getting an afternoon bus. The owners let us use the toilets and even brought us water and more cake for an afternoon snack. Then when we were leaving they gave us both a Paraguay souvenir. If I was ever to come back I would not hesitate to stay here again just an amazing property run by the kindest people.
