Mr. Hans and Mr. Tommy's ultra-luxurious guesthouse is truly incredible, like a luxurious dream, my 5-star comfort room( marble bathroom, crystal chandeliers, king-size beds, fine bed linen and private balcony overlooking a beautiful pond with a captivating fountain, surrounded by five open fire pits, creating a scene straight out of a fairy tale. Their warm hospitality made me feel like part of their family, and I quickly became friends with Mr. Hans the designer of this Paradise, and with mister Tommy the owner of this 5 star homestay. I'm grateful for their efforts in creating this special paradise, complete with a tropical fully illuminated garden park, natural river, and bamboo skywalks & bridges. I'm excited to return soon. The thoughtful touch of a complimentary Aperol Spritzer added to the delightful experience. Their gardens are tropical paradise oases.

A very quiet location, away from the tourist crowds and the party scene. A very comfortable place, and a great host. Everything is very clean, and you can prepare your own breakfast. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is an excellent choice.

It is a grill and bar with rooms above. The area has a long beach plenty of breakfast and eating options, plus night market food nearby, you can eat in the restaurant after11am. It is on the main baht bus route into Pattaya with great shopping malls, and good cinemas. The staff are excellent, friendly, smiling and courteous. You could not ask for more. Cocktails and drinks in the afternoon overlooking the Beach, wonderful. We will definately stay here again on our next visit.

A convenient 5-minute stroll to Jomtien beach, Sunny Beach Residence is a 15-minute drive to Bali Hai Pier. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

We really enjoyed our stay and stayed much longer than we planned to. Very friendly staff, old but nice rooms with a couch, TV, a comfortable bed, a fridge and a kettle. Every day we got two water bottles, coffee and toilet paper. They put it on the table in front of the room, so they don't disturbe you when you sleep longer. When we wanted the room to be cleaned, we put the sign out and it was always clean when we came back, even in the afternoon. Every day you can get a towel for the pool, which is small but also really nice when it's hot. Thank you very much, we had a good time.
