Super friendly and lovely host, the room was super clean and comfy, huge fridge and everything was quite nice! Perfect location for a visit of Sukhothai and its old town. Parking directly in front of the hotel. If we come back we would definitely stay here again

Such a tranquil and peaceful spot. The pool was particularly lovely. The staff were also very helpful with calling a tuk tuk to take us to the bus terminal.

We spent one night at Ben's guest house and everything exceeded our expectations. We arrived very early (5 am) and the lady in charge was very very nice, with a big smile on her face she let us in, brought coats to sleep in the reception while we were waiting, and offered coffee as well. She also was very helpful, the main attraction, Sukhothai national park, opens at 6 am so she advised us to go straight away and gave us bikes, the best tip ever because the park was only for us. Thank youu, hope we can come back soon!

House host is super nice!! The breakfast is so delicious that we always finished all. Hotel located at the center area, so it’s convenient to go to the historical park or night market, and not noisy at all since it’s not on side of the main road. Definitely recommend it to my friends!

The staff was amazing. The room is new clean and very charming. I loved my little home for 3 nights here. There are bars, restaurant and for me as working traveler also a great coffee shop with Wi-Fi and AC nearby where I also paid 100 bath for using the pool for a day. Not to say the Wi-Fi isn't good I had to check out and my bus only goes later so instead of sitting in the heat there is another option if you find yourself in that situation

Happy as, right across the road from the Historical Park. Big, clean room. I liked the breakfast. Bicycle rental shop next door
