Nice owner, clean house. WiFi worked (unlike some other homestays on this trip).
Bathroom had a bidet, which is always a plus.
House was quiet after 10pm, but...

Great location. Short walk to restaurants in town. Great shower and hot water. Free washing machines and you hang your clothes out to dry. Also, when it started to drizzle while we were visiting the butterflies, the staff brought the clothes in under the roof. Unlike most homestays, they had a lift. Free parking lot adjacent to the building.

The room was clean and tidy, with its own bathroom. The grounds of the homestay are beautiful, with a nice pond, trees, and opportunities to view the picturesque surrounding farmland. The proprietress was kind and speaks English well. The breakfast was simple, but very fulfilling.
