The place is in an excellent location, 200 meters from a major train station that connects Jersey City to Manhattan. The neighborhood is very quiet. At no time did I feel that my safety was at risk. I booked a non-smoking room with a double bed and a private bathroom. The room was very clean, and my stay was very comfortable for one person. For my Brazilian standards, it served me very well.

Location is perfect, path is $3 and you're 15mins from Manhattan, Room is absolutely amazing value for money, doesn't feel too bad sharing a bathroom as theres not many people using it, does the job. Wonderful place to stay, the house was clean and tidy, the amenities were excellent. It was easy to get to the house by bus or subway and the check in was quite simple. I'd definitely stay here again, had a wonderful time in NY and this place certainly helped that.
