Location is perfect, path is $3 and you're 15mins from Manhattan, Room is absolutely amazing value for money, doesn't feel too bad sharing a bathroom as theres not many people using it, does the job. What a wonderful experience we had at Hotel Sherman, I can truly recommend this establishment. A little gem in the middle of New York.
