The place is in an excellent location, 200 meters from a major train station that connects Jersey City to Manhattan. The neighborhood is very quiet. At no time did I feel that my safety was at risk. I booked a non-smoking room with a double bed and a private bathroom. The room was very clean, and my stay was very comfortable for one person. For my Brazilian standards, it served me very well.

Location is perfect, path is $3 and you're 15mins from Manhattan, Room is absolutely amazing value for money, doesn't feel too bad sharing a bathroom as theres not many people using it, does the job. Loved EVERYTHING Great and centric location, went with my mother who had an accident on a leg and this place was on the heart of manhattan,which made our experience a comfortable one. so happy of the cleanness of our room and house something that is really important to us and hard to find in this city. also we had a fast responsive and prepared host. the beds are a little tall but the also had a steppers on the plublic area that was perfect to my mother or kids to get to the bed. so glad I found this place. definitely coming back🫶🏼
