This homestay has a warm athmosphere that makes you feel cozy. Summer was an amazing hostess and pays a lot of attention on details in decoration and services. The room was clean, beautifully decorated and smelled good. We recommend the lunch/dinner and boat trips that the homestay organizes. There is a washing machine, good extra! We used bikes and scooter to go around Ben Tre, Summer provides valuable information about the area and the roads we could take to explore the town with plenty of food recommendations. We already want to come back, thank you Summer ❤️

Wow! Location was excellent. Ben, his wife and staff were very welcoming and will make sure to provide everything you need during your stay. Their hospitality is excellent. Staying here, between different types of tropical (fruit) trees and nature will give you a good idea of local living and there is a lot of possibility for relaxation. We rented a scooter from Ben to visit the local town Bến Tre and were the only tourists during this afternoon which was interesting and a lot of fun. One day we also took the day tour to the Mekong Delta offered by the Homestay, which is quite touristic but worth it if you want to see a bit more of the area. During the evening, they can cook local type of foods for you, like Banh Xeo and taste fresh vegetables and fruit from their garden. The small bungalows were clean and modern. Overall this homestay has everything to offer and we would highly recommend! I have some small recommendations for people wanting to visit this area: - We stayed here two nights which I would recommend because it is a little bit isolated. You will enable yourself to explore the area. - This is much better than a day tour from HCMC because you will be able to explore local living. If you have the time. - From HCMC, you can take the Thao Chau from district 5 and they will drop you off at this homestay for an extra 50.000 VND. Our total, one-way, trip was 230.000 or around €9 for two people including this smaller transfer. - Just contact Ben if you need anything, he is the best.

This was an absolutely fantastic experience for our first home stay in Vietnam. We enjoyed it from the time we began. Run by mother and son who are extremely helpful. Arranged lifts for us once the bus delivered us to Ben tré from Ho Chi Minh which took away all of our stress of that. The mother cooked us a beautiful meal for dinner and breakfast with big portions!! It was delicious.The mother couldn’t have done more for us! We got caught in a down pour in town and she came on us and gave us both a lift back to the house. Really was a great experience.

Everything was well beyond our expectations. The food was delicious, Mr Kha and his wife are super friendly and the room was very clean and quiet. We also did a tour together with Mr Kha to explore the neighbourhood, the river and some local households that were making coconut candies and mats. Very recommended to follow a tour from this lovely homestay!

The homestay is a family business and they are amazing and incredible! They are helpful, lovely, the knowledge of the father while being our tour guide was exceptionnal! They're always smiling, joyful, ready to help. The food was absolutely delicious,tasty, following a good traditional cooking. The beds were really comfortable, firm but not too hard. It's clean, the bungalows were of a good size and being able to have breakfast and dinner by the river was stunning! Highly recommended if you're looking for a family, traditional and welcoming atmosphere ! Prices of food were reasonable too with big portions (and again, really delicious!) The garden was comfortable, the swimming pool was a joy after going on bicycle and motorbike tour. They use solar panels during the day for their electricity, they have their own boat to go on the Mekong river, they grow their own delicious coconuts to drink. It's a gem!

We had 1 day to get into nature, recharge and then get back to the city, and we were so lucky to find this place. Everyone was so kind, helpful and really nice - the kindest experience I have had in Vietnam so far. Food is amazing, adjusted to our diets, beautiful area, super well maintained space, nature, pool, resting spaces. We had sunset cruise, massage, bicycle trip, great food, super rest. Gorgeous homestay with coconut palms all around. Rooms have no AC , but the rooms have fans and honestly was no problem. The cooks at this homestay are very talented. They made vegetarian meals for me and they were the best I had in Vietnam. We chose this homestay to use their kayaks, river was absolutely gorgeous. 10/10 amazing place! Consider taking the Mekong zigzag motorcycle tour through Ben Tre. They picked us up from the homestay. You see so much and it was one of the best tours we did in Vietnam. I don’t think we saw another tourist on this tour.

the host upgrade our room free of charge and he arrange our rooms near each other. he is friendly and helpful, suggested us some place to visit and advise us where should and should not go. There is free bicycle for guests to cycle around the area. The nearest market is about 3KM from the homestay but they will close around 10:00am we went there at 11:00 and there is nothing in the market

I had a fantastic stay at Nam Ham Luong. The host and staffs were incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable. The location was far from city but it is perfect for someone who love nature,peaceful and quiet.I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a cozy and hospitable place to stay.
