I had a truly wonderful experience at this homestay in Hoi An. The owner was incredibly kind, always smiling, and went out of her way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. She created such a warm and homely atmosphere that I felt completely at ease asking for anything I needed – and that made all the difference. The room was spotless, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was super comfortable. Everything was just right. I genuinely felt like I was staying with family, and it turned my time in Hoi An into something really special. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for everything – I’ll definitely come back if I’m ever in Hoi An again!

Kemi House was a great option for our party of 8. The rooms were clean, and the staff was very attentive. Huy helped us book transportation and activities, and gave us some useful local tips. He even met us at the airport to deliver something I had left at the hotel! The pool was refreshing in the heat. The location is great - on a quiet block just a short walk from the night market. There is laundry service next door, and plenty of food, spa, and shopping options nearby.

The property is brand brand new, everything was so clean and comfortable. Just the look at the house made us feel good. One of the most fancy stay we had during our trip around SE Asia. The house is located in quite place, but still walking distance to the restaurants, coffees.. Huyen- the owner helped us with anything we needed - taxis, trip organizing. The food from the family business was also delicious, you can have it delivered to the house.

My week long stay in Vincent’s House has been nothing but incredible. . After arriving at Vincent’s House, we were checked in promptly and given homemade passion fruit juice! Upon check in, we were given a little map with highlights of food, restaurants, shops and the direction to walk which was really helpful as the old town is confusing. Our room was upgraded to a four person room with pool view. Every morning Vincent’s mum cooks a delicious breakfast with our favourite being her banana pancakes that we had every day!! Vincent himself is also a lovely man who we talked to a lot. He told us a lot of information about tourist places and even just his life and the life in Vietnam. the room is very clean and tidy with the quality of everything being perfect, not dirty at all. Laundry is done in house by Vincent’s family and it is also sun dried! The price is cheaper than outside and a lot more convenient, I highly recommend this. The location of Vinci Villa is only a short walk, 10 minutes, away from the bustle of the old town. There are plenty of minimarts around to get a few things. All in all, the stay with Vincent in his house has been nothing but welcoming and I would come back here again.
