Lovely stay, the staff member Heng (sorry, I'm not sure how to spell it) was amazing and extremely helpful. The food menu is quite large and very reasonably priced. The taro cake was delicious! I haven't been able to find another place that sells it, and I wish I could eat it again. Breakfast was included in my stay (depends on the plan you book), and it was great considering that the stay was inexpensive. Facilities are quite good for what you pay. The bamboo trek was absolutely amazing (I recommend long pants and renting boots if it's been raining as it's quite muddy). Pim was a great guide, and it's fascinating how the locals walk the trails without slipping. Remember to bring cash as it's a bit of a walk to the village centre. It's a steep walk from the main road leading to the homestay, so I don't recommend suitcases.

Our time here was incredible! The location is absolutely stunning and the family is so accommodating, warm and helpful. We ate breakfast and dinner there and both were really good with vegetarian portions available. The home is in a good location for many beautiful hikes to local Hmong villages and waterfalls. They were also very helpful in arranging transport to and from the train and other tours upon request. Overall everything is extremely affordable. My memories with the family will last forever. I would absolutely recommend staying at this incredible home stay!

Very pleasant stay – the room was spacious, clean, and modern, and the breakfast was quite decent. The owner was very friendly and attentive. We were also able to leave our luggage there while we went on a full-day trip. When we returned, we were even allowed to take a refreshing shower while waiting for our pick-up for the night bus. The accommodation is a bit farther from the center, but still just a 10-minute walk to the main square or the lake. The quieter and more peaceful sleep is definitely worth it. Highly recommended.

We booked 4 nights here and it was fantastic! The location, decor, food and coffee were all excellent. Yen, our host was exceptional and made us feel at home. We liked staying outside of Sapa town (away from crowds) and loved the herbal medicine tour. I highly recommend you stay here if you are a food lover who also likes being surrounded by nature.

Mao and all the staff went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible experience! The room and view was outstanding. A nice perk was that breakfast was included (I got fruit and french toast one day & a banana crepe the next). We ate dinner there and it was one of the best meals I’ve had (tofu and rice). The location is out of the way of Sa Pa town but it was nice because it was quiet & had a great view! The bed was HUGE- check out the attached photo- my husband is 6’1” for reference.

Moc home is an amazing place. The staff ensures the highest level of cleanliness and comfort. The food is delicious and the place has an atmosphere of camaraderie and friendship. There are family dinners where all guests can sit down together for dinner, we have met some very nice people. All this in a beautiful location amidst a local village, super immersive.
